    I received a sim from emobile last month. I haven't used it as my main number yet but have activated it and put credit on it and made calls. Could I still use this sim to port over my other number? Would credit disappear?

    When you port your number over to eMobile any credit on your eMobile sim card will still remain there. 


    You will need to call our customer care team to get this processed.
