New Bench

    Hi all,

    I'm new to the whole strength training and wanted to get some advice on what sort of bench I should get.

    I have a 20kg olympic bar with a 100kg weight set. I myself weigh in at around 80/85 kg.

    Most of the benches that I have been looking at say that the max weight should be around the 120 - 150 kg. What I'm wondering is if this is just a precaution or if the benches would actually be able to handle more weight?

    If not a few examples of benches that would work would be much appreciated because at the moment I'm clearly not looking in the right places.
