    Over €1000 cash prizes
    First 5 men and ladies

    Over 40,45,60 category prizes
    Course Record Bonus
    Chip Timing by Totaltiming
    AAI Approved * Accurately measured course with Jones Counter.
    Starts at 11.30am

    5k Juvenile race - entry fee €10 - on the day only

    Must sign up for this. Challenging enough that might cost you 15 seconds over the 10k but it's a course I will be aiming for a pb. If I don't the great spread after it will make up for it
