Which GUI framework should I use?

    Hello folks,

    I am designing an android application that will allow me to send messages to a client running on a PC. Which GUI framework for the client would allow me to throw something together quickly and not look completely like a hacked together eyesore? I would prefer a tool kit that could be plugged into Eclipse but am interested to hear what kind of technologies are available now, it's been a good few years since I used Swing in college!

    Check out http://www.sencha.com/ - It has an eclipse plugin.

    Sounds like you're looking for a Java solution though. I'm sure someone will post something more suitable.
