door glass

    Hi,

    I broke a pane of glass in a single glaze alumium door. I enquired about getting it replaced it is fairly costly. I have enquired about the cost of the glass itself is only €20.

    Does anyone know of anyone that could put in this glass for me for reasonable rate or instructions on how to do it. I am in the South Cork area.

    You will need to remove and dismantle the door in order to replace the glass.
    It is usually held together with allen screws.
    The glaziers might do a cheaper job if you take the door to them.

    remember any glass for a door must be toughened for safety reasons
