limited broadband access

    Hi there 
    Im having problems conneting my dell laptop to the eircom wireless broadband.
    The laptop connects the other wireless networks with no problems.
    With the eircom connection it may open one page up and then goes to limited access for a period of time .
    I also use a computer with an extermal usb wireless connection which has no such problems
    I would be grateful for any assistance
