    Have been paying my CC using 365 for the past few years from my BOI a/c.
    Just switched to PTSB, and used the same account details to do a test tx.
    Got a letter from BOI CC to say I had transfered to the wrong account, and it wasn't just a one digit out.
    Has the a/c changed or does it depend on what bank the payment is coming from?

    Hi dobsdave,

    If you were paying funds from 365 online to a Bank of Ireland credit card, a certain holding account would be used. If the payment was coming by other means, it would be a different holding account number.
