Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

if you still have the card that came with the phone put in the puk1 code. if you have access to "my account" on the meteor website you can get the puk1 there. otherwise contact meteor customer care for the puk1. if unsure about the code do not keep trying different codes - contact meteor for the correct one.

I have the puk 1 number but it is a 9 digit number and obviously I need a 4 digit number . I have tried the original pin 1 number on the card also ???

PUK is 8 digits. If he's blocked a sim card by entering a pin number wrong 3 times, it looks for a puk. You get 10 attempts to enter this before you block the sim completely.

If it's still looking for a 4 digit pin after entering 3 time, it's a phone lock, not a sim lock. You need to reset the phone, and will lose everything saved on it including pictures, contacts, messages etc.
