    4 x lightening here in last few minutes accompanied by strong gusts and heavy rain.

    Matches the strike rate of the F5 key too i'd say. That cell moving towards Galway Bay seems to be coming to life.

    As luck would have it my phone battery is dead, no camera...

    All the strikes only hugging the coast atm ... surely the sudden land mass isn't enough to cause it all to go bang all of a sudden due to lift?

    Great show over Dunmanway, we lost internet. There was also a torrential downpour. I'm holding my doggies paw, she's terrified and panting and wheezing and hiding in her bombshelter under my desk.

    Worst hail/rain I have ever seen in limerick city street lights out alarms everywhere and no tv signal seems to have just passed...it was amazing to see but also quite scary
