    Anyone know anywhere in limerick that does body composition testing?

    and not somewhere where will try and sell me some miracle cure or weight control crap afterwards :p

    in all my years of training its something ive never had done and wouldnt mind giving it a go for the laugh

    Is it just bodyfat versus lean mass your after dude?

    If so Gavin Coleman can do a 7 point caliper test for you. Operates out of Delta 085 238 3259

    If it's something more advanced let me know if you find it. I'd love to do it too!

    You could get in touch with Cian O'Neill of the Department of Physical Education & Sport Sciences in UL to see if he is looking for any more volunteersfor the UL Body Composition Research Group.


    Or send a mail to

    bodycompinfo@ul.ie


    asking if they need volunteers for the aforename research group.


    The testing they do is pretty comprehensive.
