Anyone think its mad that a secure internet banking site will only let you use lowercase letters and only 6-8 characters. I've just had mine reset and they were able to put numbers in the temporary one! I nearly always use uppercase, lowercase, numbers and a symbol. Thats why I couldn't remember this one!

you still have the numeric pin after that in addition to needing to know the number on your card. bank of ireland just have a username + your date of birth or contact number and the numeric pin
