    Hi,

    I hope this is the right forum to post this in.

    When I use https://www.boards.ie/ the page loads but it loads without the layout or anything. I don't know if its my own fault but once delete https:// part it loads with the normally with the new layout.

    Anything on this?

    Do you know how I can prevent my browser doing it? Google chrome if it helps.

    Do you use any extensions like HTTPS Everywhere or Use HTTPS? if so, turn them off for boards.ie

    Only comes up on boards, I'll have a hack at turning them off:pac:

    Cool,

    What's happening here is that it's trying to grab our static content (images, page styling) over a https connection which our static content servers don't support. Your browser takes this as the images/styles aren't available and shows the page without either of them.

    There should be no reason to run everything over https unless it's for authentication / online banking or similar.
