tablet not opening word docs

    Can't open word docs on my tablet is there another application that I can use to open them

    There are a number of free apps that allow you to open, format and modify MS Office docs. I use Kingsoft Office 5.3 (I think, could have the second number wrong here) which is free and works quite well.

    If you search for MS Office in the Play Store, a range of options will come up, many of which will be free and will allow you to work with MS docs.
