Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not buying the bookies assessment of this tie. Villa must still surely be favourites. Expecting a Premiership side to get a 2 goal win at home to a League 2 side is realistic. Villa will have messed up big time if they do let it slip away.

Love these kind of games. Underdogs with a result to hang on to, digging in deep against a team that normally would be expected to beat them handily.

Still think we'll see a Villa v Chelsea final, but really want to see Bradford do it.

Well the team can't accuse the fans of not being up for this. Great display there.

Excellent, forgot this was on, c'mon Bradford!

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Yes Villa should be good enough to overturn this.

Don't hate Villa but would like to see Bradford get one for underdog.

By the way, WTF is Bennett doing starting this match?

Remember watching Benteke's first game for Villa thinking he looked an awful player. Now he looks like one of their best.

As if to prove my point, he does that! Class.

Villa continue to look like a poor Premier League team but they're miles better than Bradford. They'll walk this now.

Stephen Ireland is in his element with all this time on the ball.

I think he should be. Villa aren't improving. Same mistakes every week.

    Villa look deflated.

We just cannot defend corners and crosses. We're going to be targeted there for the rest of the season.

Should someone of Dowd's size be allowed ref at this level?

Look at the players in the side. I'd give him 2-3 years. Also Villa have a crop of good youngsters yet to come through apparently. Give the guy time.

should some of the villa players be playing at this level is the bigger question.

premier league referees have to pass fitness tests before and during the season so he obviously is 'fit' to referee.

although Dowd has failed a fitness test last year :P

Obviously they're not good enough. The size of him.

    Like Delph, Bannan and Bennett?
