    no-one need worry about where the waves will be breaking. there'll be waves breaking where waves never broke before. have no fear;)

    Another good place for big waves is the drive from Ballyvaughan to Doolin.
    Drive along the coast road you will see some spectacular waves smashing into the rocky platforms of the Burren.
    Black head lighthouse is usually a good spot around high tide I suggest you dont get out of the car as the waves actually sometimes crash over the road I have seen huge amounts of spray and rogue waves crashing over cars.

    Doolin will be a good spot too and the promenade at Lahinch

    But be careful as the promenade and slipways in Lahinch can be treacherous,the car park will be full of froth and foam tomorrow :D
