I have a Philips electric razor that I had forgotten about. I want to start usuing it every day during the week due to lack of time and wet shave at the weekend. I tried cleaning it but it is still bringing me out in a shaving rash. Is this something I'm doing wrong or do I just need new blades for it? How do I find out…
