If it's the walk in medical centre near the highway bar in Dooradoyle you're talking about, yes they do cater for medical cards

The Medical Centre down there by Collins pub DO NOT take medical cards. and It's expensive!

the one on the corner by the roundabout across from mc donalds takes walk in medical cards open from 9:30-12 and 4:30-7
