Whatever your main hosting FTP details are. server21.myhostingcompany.ie or whatever your hosting company has given you. If in doubt, probably best to fire off a support ticket to them.

You could also try "localhost" which might work, depending on your hosting setup.

At some point you would likely have gone along to a hosting company and rented some server space from them. One of the first emails you would have received after paying (and be aware that this is an annual payment) would have been your FTP details. You need to find this email and then simply pop in the FTP Hostname and password. If the person who developed your site set up your hosting then contact them.
