Hi I ordered a front palladio door on Monday but wasn't asked what side the handle goes on? Is this normal?

Normal questions to make a door are
Hinge, left/right,
handle type, lever/lever or lever/pad
open, in/out.
and then the usual, colour, colour of frame.
