Maynooth/Leixlip Mid-week evening coffee?

Pretty much as it says on the tin, meeting up with some people in the area on Tursday for coffee but can't think of anywhere that'll be open after work til around 8... We usually go to Liffey Valley but on a Tuesday it closes early. Any suggestions very welcome :)

Leixlip;
The Courtyard. It'll be quite, and it has a nice smoking area, with a heated covered seating area.
Murphys. Super comfy chairs. Not sure if they have anything on.

Maynooth;
The Clockhouse. Usually chilled.

They're all pubs, but pubs are the only places that I can think of that are open until 8

The Glenroyal is nice for a coffee at that time, have been in there a few times during the week. There's often a good few people in there at that time but you'll always get a table.
