    I'm connected to this exchange at the minute and was wondering will it be upgraded soon as I'm only getting 1.6mb. Thanks

    Hi heffo500

    I have looked into this and unfortunately I can confirm that there are no plans in place to upgrade the Farmleigh exchange. I do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause however I can try to increase your speed from up to 2mb to up to 3mb by making a few modifications but this runs the risk of putting too much pressure on your line and may cause intermittent drop-outs/intermittent loss of connection. Please also note that if I did increase speeds and connection losses occur you can get back to me and I can reduce back to up to 2mb.  Also, as I will not be available over the weekend you can also contact broadband technical support on 1890260260 to perform this task.
