finishing inside of house

    hey my friends..have my house finished outside and now for finishing the inside..3000sq ft story and half house..there is electricity and heating will be working shortly..hoping to buy tiles for entrance hall, kitchen, utility, dining room and sunroom and get them put down for around 5k..going for a cream kitchen and hoping another 5k will cover that..oak and cream stairs again around 5k..what do u folks think..are these estimates accurate in ur opinions

    If you are spending 5K on stairs, i would have expected a figure more like 15K on a kitchen.
