I'm looking to put down some sort of timber sheeting on the floor of the spare room so my daughter can practice her dancing with the heavy shoes. Has anyone done this? I was involved in a few "crossroads ceilidh's" in Cabinteely and they put down a deck of 6mm MDF sheets taped together with duct tape.

They only used 6 mm MDF because it was one use only.

The deck was laid on top of tarmac.
