I want to print a 150 page presentation but some of the text is in colour as the background was set to a dark colour to make it easier to read from a screen.

I can select most of the text with ctrl + A in outline view, right click and select black but it does not get all of it. I think the remaining coloured text may be because the text is some how formatted differently, or in a different kind of box etc.

Silder sorter under the view menu also allows me to change the colour of everything to black and white although I would like to keep the colour of the images if possible?
