    Forgot to mention person was sentenced last week. Waiting for restitution to start but I got what I would have earned and he avoided prison. Happy with the result..

    If it was a suspended sentence chances are he may still do time.

    Nah was a good behavior bond. Believe they bargained to get that. The restitution is sizable though.
