Anyone know of a good old fashioned pub grub venue for a family on a Sunday?

You know the type, roastie spuds, veg and meat, real meat, not any fancy crap!

I've got ye olde fashioned munchies. Thanks

The Exchequer on Exchequer Street may fit the bill. You have to bookSunday Lunch, but they do full roasts for the table and its quite good value iirc

The Dropping Well in Milltown do a good lunch. Nice settings with the Dodder just beside the pub

If you're anywhere near Thomas Street, Bakers on the corner facing NCAD do a cracking Sunday dinner: starter, huge roast dinner (beef/chicken&ham etc) and a dessert all for only €10, Can't be beaten. It does get fairly busy at times though.

    Thanks, everyone, for the suggestions.

Went with O'Neills in the end and was not disappointed.
