Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It wouldn't work for me on my phone, but on the laptop it was fine

    We've checked this out with our Systems Support Team and there was no known issues with 365Online over the weekend. Can you let us know what error message you received or have you since been able to log on?

    You shouldn't have any issues logging on through the App if you are able to log on through the website. Can you let us know which App you are using and we'll check this out for you?
