For a straight razor I wouldn't go with Shaving.ie - they are not shave ready. For a brush yes, absolutely.

Go with Straight Razor Designs for your razor - they are all honed prior to being shipped. Also you will need to pick up a strop to keep the edge in order between sharpenings. And if you're buying a strop and razor from SRD you may want to pick up a brush there too for convienience.
