    No, that's fantastic Gymfreak, not critical at all! Well it is, but in a purely helpful way! :P

    I get ya... I need to get the list of exercise I have and work out a split in some way to ensure balance because at the moment I'm picking them randomly and doing the ones I like as a result, not the ones that create a balance!

    As an update to the above the mobility seems to help I think as the knee felt grand during the squats! 50kg was done, YAY! :D
    I think adding the weight in the way I did above seems to help me too, rather than doing lots of very heavy sets, do the lighter sets to concentrate on form and then the heavy sets (1/2) at the end.

    Also managed the 14kg dumbbell snatch which I was happy with as it felt quite comfortable too.

    Wasn't happy with the split squat form. I think I'm a bit scared of them (the pain! :P) so I tend to rush them.

    On the push up note, I didn't chicken out and did the full ones...all 12 of them ;) Then I finished! Ha! More than I normally do anyway, hate them!
