Norton Affecting youtube??

    Hoping to get some help, I recently got a new laptop and had 30 days free mcAfee antivirus and experienced no problems but when the trial ran out, I had Norton installed, now the computer is slower and youtube doesn't work, plays about 15 seconds of a clip and just stops. Is there any way to fix this bar uninstall Norton. Thanks

    Did you uninstall McAffee before installing Norton? If you didn't I reccomend uninstalling both McAffe and then Norton, before re installing just Norton. If you did remove McAffe, in Norton make sure it is up to date, also if there is any web content filter stuff Norton has enabled in settings, disable it and try again.

    Uninstalled the main body of McAfee before Norton, but located a McAfee parent control thing , uninstalled that and got it working , thxs m8
