Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My brother is struggling to save for his registration fees.He is entitled to the grant and entitled to BTEA but there's one thing worrying him,Does anybody know if he applies for the grant will he be able to receive his BTEA while he is being approved due to him not being registered as such?

    Thanks.

Unless he has been getting both BTEA and grant for 3 or 4 years then he is most certainly not entitled to both

When I started first year, I applied for fees grant, and had to get a letter from the grants office to say i had been approved for the fees which I handed over at registration - once I had my student card (you do not need to pay the fees and wait for the grant to refund them) I went to the dept. office and asked for a letter to say I was registered and included this in my BTEA application, got switched over within the week.
