Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

To those that have been on DA for a longer period.. On the form when initially applied the doctor marked the box saying the condition will last i believe 12-18 months

As i understand occasionally people have received a letter for reassessment by a medical doctor from the department, to see if their health has improved. When i first applied i had no assesment by a Social Welfare doctor, and was approved after appealing

So those that perhaps fall in similar range 12-18 months can you tell me if you received a letter to see a doctor, i know they are busy/understaffed either way. Im just wondering if i will be called in on, the first day when 12 months passes, or in mid period of 12-18 months, or perhaps even way after that period passes?

    Thanks

All assessments/reassessments are carried out on a case by case basis. You will have to wait and see.
