natwest & ulster bank

    I have a natwest bank account in England.
    I don't have a card or online banking but I want to transfer money from my account to another uk account.
    Is it possible to do this from an ulster bank branch in Dublin or even northern Ireland since there seems to be an affiliation between the two?

    Im afraid not.

    They will however help you out regards to paper work and sending it over if need be.
