Not city centre but O'Donoghues in Blackrock have one. Great place to spend an afternoon with mates, controlling the music and supping the fantastic pints. Barmen are all sound too.

In keeping with the above theme, I was wondering if O'Donoghue's in Merrion Row has one ? ;)

Downstairs in the International used to have one. Been years since I've been there though, so couldn't tell you if it still does.

The Hairy Lemon on Stephen Street has one.

I was in the Hairy Lemon a few weeks ago but its impossible to use the jukebox unless your sitting directly beside it. Whoever gets the table beside it blocks it for everyone else.
