Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Re Fraizer, he has been pretty outspoken against the Loyalist paramilitaries stopping/surpressing the flag protests, it could be a warning to him?

    First thought I had was republicans though....

    In fairness though Willie is an unpredictable loose canon; I realize that the DUP has a lot of eccentrics but he probably stood aside because hardly anyone would vote for him and he would make a fool of himself by standing.

    I think it's only a matter of time before loyalists start to challenge the legitimacy of the new state they now find themselves in. What you are likely to see emerging is a quasi type civil war between unionists and loyalists.
    As a result, the six counties are likely to collapse from within.

    In fairness though Willie is an unpredictable loose canon; I realize that the DUP has a lot of eccentrics but he probably stood aside because hardly anyone would vote for him and he would make a fool of himself by standing.

    Or worse he takes a few hundred votes in an election won by SF by a small margin.
