Titles for atheists

There's a guy writing in the Irish Times today telling us we have to put up or shut up about the Catholic Church controlling our schools. But, to add insult to injury the guy signs himself 'Most Rev Joe Soap' (I forgot his name).
How about atheists adopting these honorifics? 'The Very Sensible Michael Nugent' has a ring to it. (You're welcome Michael.)
If newspapers etc are prepared to call people His Most Worshipful Eminence and such like, why not apply other self-aggrandising titles to contributors?

I like the idea, but I'm unsure of it's practicality. Those self-aggrandising honorifics tend to just scream 'BiasBiasbiasBias' at me.
Still it might be better than using post-nominal letters (which I rarely see done). If only because the church gives themselves loads of them too.

What's the difference between Most Reverend, etc? Does it make for quicker queuing times at the pearly gates?

I think the clergy use it mainly to identify their ability for their underground Rap battles..

Just a slight change on 'Most Reverend':

    The Most Revered Joseph Brand.

    OR

    His Level-Headedness?

Christians have given us another title already, 'Smart Arse' .

Learned is a good word - the Learned J. Soap and it can be abbreviated to the Lnd J.Soap.
Usually I tick Dr or Prof or Other on forms but I might try Learned when I get the option.
I've noticed that in Ireland people don't bother much about these titles, in keeping with our republican Constitution, but the English are obsessed with them.

I usually pick the highest-status honorific that's available -- that's usually Dr or Professor, but I've been Lord, Judge and General too as the occasion permits.

This all worked fine until I had to submit some expenses to an Indonesian customer from a nearby hotel to whom I was Bishop Robindch. Never heard the end of it!
