GAIN INTRODUCE NEW €1,000 CES’ TRAINER’S PRIZE
    29/01/2013
First the good news: Gain Feeds have confirmed their continued sponsorship of the 2013 Gain Feeds Irish Cesarewitch at Mullingar Track.
This year’s 600 yards classic will be run between Saturday, March 16th and Sunday, April 7th and there will be an increased winner’s prize of €8,500 from a total prize fund of over €19,000.
But the other big news is that there will be a special trainer’s prize of €1,000 to the handler of the winner. The prize will be claimed by the trainer, whether he/she be a public, private or owner/trainer.

Mullingar Greyhound Stadium GM Sean Fogarty said: “We are delighted to have Gain back on board for another year and would like to express our gratitude for the continued support received over the last number of years. This along with the recently announced More To Gain Voucher initiative reaffirms Gain’s commitment to support the core industry for owner, trainer and patrons of the industry”.
Willie Rigney, Gain Business Manager, said: “Gain are delighted to sponsor the 2013 Cesarewitch. Along with the More To Gain initiative in conjunction with the IGB, it is hoped that the 2013 running of the stake will be another resounding success for all concerned.
“In the present challenging times Gain are endeavouring to support all sectors of the industry and in appreciation of our valued customers will be proud to once again include the Cesarewitch in our extensive sponsorship portfolio”.
