Nexus 7 Repair Process?

    Hi.
    I have my nexus since the beginning of the month.

    I'd say around last week I noticed a 1 or 2 dead pixels on in the middle of the screen.

    I tried to just get used to them but they're really obvious on a white background and just I'm too anal about these things.:(

    also theres these tiny grey lines/specs across the screen which im not sure are meant to be there anyone else have these?

    Anyway, I was onto asus today and they got me to send them a picture.
    Im waiting for a response and I'm just wondering if anyone else got theirs repaired with asus and how long the process took
