commercial.industrial flooring supplier

Can anyone recommend a flooring supplier and fitter who would do some sort of industrial/commercial lino type floor covering. Need to get a stairs and landing in a commercial unit fitted and the company we asked to come out and quote week before last seem to have no interest in the job at all.
