Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

My dad is looking to sell a site in Dublin 7 by auction. Can I ask if anyone can recommend a auctioneer that they have dealt with in the last six to twelve months.

    Specifically if possible:

    1. Your experience, good or bad?

    2. The fess charged. I'm not looking for personal information obviously but if there fee was based on the value of the property sold or a flat fee?

    3. Would you recommend actually trying to sell normally via a real estate agent and property website such as Daft etc?

    Thanks in advance,

    NG

where is the property based? I have found Sherryfitzgerald very good, I believe Lisney have or at least had very low commisions, castle estate agents are best avoided! It really depends on your area and who is operating there...
