Best place to buy rubber weights

i have barbell and dumbbell's with spin locks and find them very irritating

just wondering can anybody recommend me either and online or bricks and mortar store to buy some rubber weights from 6kg to 16kg for home exercise

You could try putting duct tape on them. Only needs to be placed on areas of contact.

Rubber weights, as in bumper plates? Or rubber fixed-weight dumbbells?
