ngb speed?

    i have apparently been upgraded to ngb 8mb but am only getting 4mb



    speed:                                     4096 kbps/384 kbps


    line attenuation (down/up):    18/ dB/9 dB

    dsl noise margin:                     25 db/29 db


    about 1.3km from exchange is that all i could get?

    any help much appreciated

    I have been with eircom for years - their 8MB plan delivers a fantastic speed of 1-2 MB on good day. To be honest if UPC arrived tomorrow I would be gone in a flash. Unless Eircom upgrade in a hurry they will have no customers left!!!!!
