If you have any other queries ask. I'll try to answer - I was driving To Poland
It was just a standard car, but still...

Did you choose place to stay? what part of Poland you want to visit? what kind of attractions you are looking for?

landbridge prices with Irish ferries / P+O are available here (stena cont have a cooperation deal for ferries from Hull)
    http://www.irishferries.com/images/pdf/landbridge/PO_routes_2013.pdf

the thing to be aware of is that travelling at the weekend is extra and for extra passengers/ fast ferry suppliment/ cabins you need to add in the extras too to get the end price that you actually pay.
Irish ferries though are good in that you pay 100 now and the balance 40days before travel. Not that booking really far in advance brings a benefit as those prices are fixed and available till a couple of weeks before travel so long as the ferry isnt booked out.
