    A friend of mine is with meteor and wants to port to o2. Meteor have told her she can't as she has not spent enough. She has been with meteor for nearly a year on prepay. Can meteor stop her porting? I told her to just get an o2 sim and port it.

    She hasn't spent enough to get the unlock code, but she can still port away but will have to pay for the phone to be unlocked elsewhere. The amount and where depends on what phone it is. Meteor require €150 of topup spend before supplying the unlock code.
