Need to find out balance

i am a new customer with bank of ireland i still have not recieved my pin or card yet. is there any way if i give you my details you can find out for me? or if i call the branch can they tell me?

A representative in your branch or Banking365 would be more than happy to look into this for you. I'm afraid we do not have access to customer's accounts here.

Banking365 can be contacted on 0818 365 365, the lines are opened from 8am until midnight Monday to Friday and on weekends and bank holidays they are available from 9am until 6pm. Contact details for your branch can be found here.
