Night life in dublin- clubbin practices

Hello folks! Pls whats is night life on weekends like in Dublin? Do you pay to enter clubs before 10pm (back home its free until 10)? and are there pubs with dance floors where people can just groove? Finally (and quite cheekily) do dublin women love to tango? What are the good spots? this boy prowls tonight ;-)
