    Just applied for the visa, hopefully gonna get fully accepted!

    me and a few friends are going to Vancouver area, Calgary first some time around May or June. Two of us will have the same Level 9 qualification in Software Design & Development...

    I've been looking at positions available in the related fields in the greater Vancouver area and there seems to be lots of opportunities. Anyone else going over with IT or Engineering backgrounds?

    Or anybody already sorted with internships or jobs already?

    Hi eoin, I don't know when but I plan on going over by myself in the next while.     I'm flying to Vancouver on 6th June. Have a degree in Computer Applications and a few years experience. Nothing sorted in terms of a job yet, but I'm not too worried. There definitely seems to be a lot of demand for IT/software people. Everybody I talk to who has been there has nothing but good things to say about the place. Really looking forward to it!
