Who blew up the TARDIS?

    I got a few Doctor Who DVDs for Crimbo and having watched back through them I realise I have no idea who blew up the TARDIS in Series 5. Was it the Silence? Did they brainwash River Song to blow it up? I know they didn't like the Doctor but it seems counterproductive to destroy all of time and space in an effort to kill him. Was it the Valeyard/Dream Lord? Was it the Master? Any other theories?
