Which smart tv?

Decided to upgrade the playstation 'room'. Going up from a small walker screen to a new smart tv!


I was going to pick up your bog standard 32" as there would be no real need for internet on the tv, but was shopping about today and spotted a smart tv with mind blowing picture quality! At 1800e its outside my price range.

But having seen it I'm considering making the leap!

Any advice, which one? A grand max!!!!

Both lgs are extreamly well priced for the spec.id go with the 620 model it would be a far better panel for gaming sports etc

Agree with this guy if he's looking to get a gt vt 50 maby even a st 50.other than that I'd wouldn't touch plasma

Ok so after doing the leg work (literally walking around shops ) I've decided that since this will be a 10+ year investment its worth pusing out the boat

Both of which are available in black but the white/chrome effect is so much more jaw dropping!!!!

Thoughts on which one to go for and also if anyone HAS any of these then please please review them as honestly as you can

Much better value in Richer Sounds in Belfast, than amazon or curries. Bought the Panasonic 42" plasma there after Christmas for £700, about £150 cheaper than anywhere else, plus it's a super telly.

Try soundstore cork, samsung is not as good, sound better in panasonic, apps easy to use, wifi great, and picture is class.

Before you splash out the cash check the Panasonic TX-L 42 DT from the Panasonic Store in Limerick. I did a lot of research before I bought my 47 inch model. AVforums recon it is the best Panasonic tv on the market. That store also give the Panasonic five year guarantee plus one years extra on their own behalf.Consider also that the only official Panasonic repair agent on the island of Ireland is in Cork.I am in Cobh so if you want a demo or look send me a PM. Appreciate the offer but I think I'm sorted regards which tv I'll go for!
