    I bought a new phone last feb during their free phone offer. Do anyone know how to redeem this offer?

    Came on Boards looking for the same as you. Saw your lone query and a smart reply popped into my head! - ask O2- so I did. Took less than a minute with their Chat. Standard agent reply said O2 will be in contact via text or email concerning redeeming offers. So here's hoping they follow through without odd clauses as to why we don't qualify!
